Can I buy as a guest?+

Yes. Guest checkout and guest quotation requests are supported. Creating an account adds order history, saved Ghana addresses and organisation tools.

What is the difference between Cart and Quote?+

Cart is for published-price retail checkout. Quote is for bulk, quote-only or procurement requests. They are separate lists.

Where do you deliver?+

Direct delivery is available across Accra and Tema. Nationwide delivery can be arranged on request.

Can I pick up my order from the shop?+

Yes. Choose shop pickup at checkout and we will confirm when your order is ready for collection. Pickup is available from our Kanda or Asylum Down locations.

How do quotations work?+

How can I pay?+

Published-price retail orders can use available Paystack card and Mobile Money options.

Are PaperSource prices VAT inclusive?+

Yes. Prices shown for published-price products are in Ghana cedis and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

What if I need a product or quantity that is not listed?+

Use the quote path and tell us the product, specification and quantity you need. Our team can review larger or special procurement requirements.
