Who we are
PaperSource is a subsidiary of NiiPlants Group Ghana Limited. For privacy questions, contact info@papersourcegh.com.
Information we use
We may use your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, organisation details, account information, order history, quotation requirements and messages you send us. We also receive basic technical information needed to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We only send direct marketing where you have given the required consent.
Optional analytics
If you choose to allow analytics, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage, page interactions, and checkout friction. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and provide aggregated or pseudonymous insights such as traffic sources, clicks, scrolling and session diagnostics. Analytics is optional, and declining it does not affect ordering, account access or checkout.
Service providers
We use selected providers for hosting, authentication, secure document storage, email, payments, optional analytics and delivery coordination. They receive only the information needed for their service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; PaperSource does not store full card numbers.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support orders and quotations, maintain accounting and fraud-prevention records, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls and secure sessions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or explain information associated with your account or request, withdraw analytics consent, object to direct marketing, or raise a concern about how information is used. Email info@papersourcegh.com; we may verify your identity before responding.
These rights are informed by Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). If your concern is not resolved, contact the Data Protection Commission.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date above shows when this page was last reviewed.
